Chameleon has designed and developed a new online fundraising platform for UNICEF UK, the world’s leading children’s rights organisation.

‘My Fundraising’ (fundraise.unicef.org.uk) launched on 1st April and allows individuals to create their own fundraising profile pages, which include up to six images, details of their specific fundraising event, target and progress. Fundraisers and their supporters can also share their activity on the site through its integration with Twitter and Facebook.

As the site is UNICEF UK owned and branded, there are no commission fees payable to third parties, meaning that 100% of donations goes directly to the charity. UNICEF UK also has full access to the site’s analytics and all supporter data.

'In the eight weeks since its launch, My Fundraising has raised £60,000 for UNICEF UK, so we’re absolutely delighted with Chameleon’s work' says Ruth Foss-Smith, Fundraising Initiatives Officer at UNICEF UK.

'In addition to the funds the website will generate, the insight we’ll gain from its supporter data will be invaluable in informing future fundraising activity' says Ruth.

The site is the latest in a host of online projects that Chameleon has completed for UNICEF UK over the last 10 years. Vicky Reeves, Managing Director of Chameleon, says 'We are proud to continue working for UNICEF UK on such important fundraising initiatives as this, and pleased to see that the site we created is already making a difference for our client.'
